Tell us about your business, what do you specialise in?
I work from a studio and specialise in wedding flowers
How did you get into floral design for weddings?
I actually started my flower life with dried flowers…making swags, topiary trees and wreaths to name a few…My business was called Gumnuts and Flowers….back in the day!!! I then decided to further my love of flowers by completing Floristry in fresh flowers. After making a friend’s wedding flowers I
just kept going……
What is your most memorable moment so far?
There are too many….just knowing that a some of my bride’s have cried on seeing her flowers is very special.
What is your favourite bloom design?
I like creating large feature pieces… like flower chandeliers, hearts and hanging windows.
When you’re not creating brides dream bouquets, what would we find you doing?
If I had more time… painting… Mainly simply spending time with my family.
How are you involved with Hope & Lace?
The lovely Erin was kind enough to ask me to participate in a photo shoot.
